As the cinematographer for Rabbi Benzion Klatzko’s music video, my objective was to visually communicate the struggles of Jewish Americans in the early 1900s as they tried to balance the demands of work with the sacred observance of the Sabbath. Through careful selection of camera shots and lighting, I sought to convey the emotional weight of their situation and highlight the cultural significance of this historical period.
